Natural Chinchilla Saddle (3" Piece)

This Natural Fringe is hand sewn and stitched onto a cord. The effect becomes a fringe of feathers. This is perfect for sewing onto hems when the effect you wish to achieve is for a long, flat feather look. Fringe is also suitable for a trim around lampshades, boot tops and pocketbooks. They come in a 3 Inch piece sewn onto a cord and are approximately 4"-6" in length. You will be getting approximately 60-80 Feathers per 3" piece.
